Best 3G cell phones in $300-400 range?

Living in Edmond, Oklohama i just can't wait to buy my first cell phone with 3G capabilities. In addition to the sleek design I am also looking for a strong music bass in my cell phone. It should be trendy, cool, smart what more to say and yes I have got a budget with a maximum limit of $400. I don't really look after a specific operator/service. So please suggest me a cool, smart and trendy 3G phone within my budget before my budget really shrinks down. Thanks in advance to all of you who wish to reply to this query.
