How to get rid of 9330 verizon blackberry software problem?

I have a new 9330 verizon blackberry software and I must say the experience with it as of know is very bad as it is very slow and really terrible for emails. I have timed it, and on average it takes about a minute for me to do anything on it. Opening my messages box, viewing a text message, going into "reply mode" and sending it takes about 5 min which is really very frustrating, so guys kindly tell me what can I do to get rid of all these problems as I can not buy them anymore.

Hey I am also very fond of cell phones and from the last week I am using blackberry 9330 verizon and it has got very amazing features and it has brought a great versatility to bothmy personel and professional life.

The problem you are facing comes due to lack of GPRSservice. GPRS stands for general packet radio service and this service allowsyour device to access data. The first thing which you need to do is to performa software reset on your device.

And if this software reset do not work thenperform the hardware reset on your device. After performing both resets checkthe wireless antenna for the signal strength. The antenna must show the GPRSsignal. If you can still make phone calls and access the Web, then your GSMservice is still available. Try sending yourself an email and check whether itworks or not? If it doesn’t, call your BlackBerry provider. Sometimes, your service could be delayed due to a billing problem or to downtime on the network. This will surely help you in resolving your issue.
