How to access mobile internet through virgin?


Hey guys I am virgin user and I just purchased blackberry but I can’t able to connect internet through virgin sim. So I called to customer care to many times! And every time it’s showing not supporting your mobile. So I tried other sendo sim card of and that works fine, and mobile internet was connected. So is it a problem with sim I think so please help me to fix it?

I have faced similar problem two weeks ago. But I have solved it through some tips. I want to share these tips with you.

If you are positive that you have a data plan that offers you browser entrée through the carrier network, then try these steps:

Register HRT

Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > BBKey (it does not matter which line is current) > Register Now

Resend Service Books:

KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service

If these steps do not enabling your carrier network, then you should contact them to get the answer for this fault.

Otherwise call to customer support for the solution: website is http://www.virgin.com
