android 2.2 market on boost mobile?

I want to get a boost mobile phone but I don't know if the android 2.2 market can still boost. I have an iPod but I waste so much money on it and I was hoping to just get a boost mobile phone to replace it. The type of apps I would use the most are like Pandora or any other music Internet radio apps. I would also like some video or television apps like YouTube or Netflix.
