Is there an app called HTC tattoo?


I've heard that HTC has come up with a new app called the HTC tattoo app. Is it really true? I've heard that this app is capable of recognizing the shop as well as the name of the design of the tattoo clicked by the phone. If it’s true, I would really like to buy this app for my HTC Wildfire. Can anyone please tell me where I can get this app for free? Also how does this app work? Also how many tattoo designs is this app able to recognize?
