How to solve Apple iPhone 4 activation issue?

Hi guys, I have a newly updated 4.1 IPhone 4 Factory Unlocked from USA, using T-Mobile USA that is not able to activate Facetime in it. I don’t know what exactly the issue is with my IPhone. I thought the 4.1 update would fix it by activating Facetime with my email account, but I guess that's only for new iPod Touch Facetime users. Has anyone faced a problem similar to this? Any response is appreciated. Thank you.

Put your iPhone in your dock, the small holder which is included in your iPhone package. The dock is always used to just let your iPhone stand upright during the syncing and while charging your battery. Open your iTunes application if it just does not automatically open after just connecting the iPhone to your computer. Follow some steps which shown on the computer screen in order to just activate and sync your iPhone. You may then be prompted to choose which features that you want to transfer to your iPhone, such as the bookmarks, the email account information and the music library. Wait for the authorization from the service provider. This will then come in the form of a text message which is sent to your iPhone, informing you that your iPhone has been totally activated and it is ready to use. Unplug all the USB cord from the iPhone and from the computer after the activation process and then syncing have been completed. The touch screen of your iPhone reads the Sync in progress while it is just working and the iPhone sync is complete when it is very much safe to disconnect.
