can you tell me about att cingular plans?


Hi I am new to New York. I want to buy a connection. Most of my friend told me that att cingular have best plans for students. As I am a student so I want a plan which should be cheap and best. So I want to know from you that whether att cingular is best or not and If it is best then tell me what are the plans in it that I can take.
