at&t prepaid cellphones better than t- mobile?

After using T-mobile service for a year in Denver, Colorado, I don't want to move right away from it but i have got some really awesome views on at&t prepaid cell phones or I should stay with T-mobile as it has really worked great for me till now. I am looking for a stylish cell phone with nice features including the high resolution camera, social networking cool applications and gaming. I am simply looking for your suggestions on what should I do in this regard. I have got a budget of almost $300.
