From where to buy Bell Mobility networks?

I want to buy a plan from Bell Mobility as they have mainly two kinds of networks; first one is CDMA and other is HSPA+ based wireless network. I want to buy a CDMA but also want to know about HSPA+ networks. I do not know about the difference between these two networks. Can anyone please explain?

Bell Mobility comes with two networks that is CDMA and second one is HSPA+. HSPA+ stands for evolved high-speed packet access, which is a technical standard for wireless, broadband telecommunication network. HSPA+ was first defined in the technical standard 3GPP release. The HSPA+ provides an evolution of high speed packet access and provides data rates up to 84 megabit/s to the mobile device and 22 megabit/s from the mobile device. Technically, these are achieved through the use of a multiple-antenna technique known as MIMO and higher order modulation 64 QAM or combining multiple cells into one with a technique known as dual cell. So it’s very good and fast service as compared to any CDMA network, I guess this information helps you. Thanks.
