BlackBerry heads toward a possible ban in U.A.E.

Research In Motion Ltd. that got in conflict with U.A.E. security issues has led to the probable ban of main features on BlackBerry smartphones. While BlackBerry remains a popular phone for accessing email, messaging and web browsing services, the move might restrict such features on the devices in U.A.E. The move if implemented would take place from 11 October, meanwhile there’s reasonable time for negotiation. While analysts are calling UAE’s BlackBerry ban a bluff, but this could mean a serious dent on RIMs global smartphone market.
