Was not expecting Blackberry will come up with such a disastrous mobile phone. Two months back, I bought a mobile phone named blackberry tour 9630. But since then it has really put my life in trouble. Every alternative day I am going to customer care to resolve some or the other issue. Two days back I had battery heat issue and since morning I have not been able to respond to any of the emails coming to me. I am able to receive the emails but able to respond. Help
