Where can I buy Cell Phone Signal Blocker and some tips for its installations.

I have a small business and have 50 employees working under me. since last few months I am observing that most of the employees are always busy in talking on cell phones which is reducing my business performance. I have given then ultimatum but still they do talk in cell phones by making excuses that they have some important call; I can’t just kick them out. So I have planned to have a cell phone signal blocker in the premises. But I don’t know where to get it from and how to install it. can any one of you guide me regarding this. Waiting for your suggestions…
