. I too have come across such a problem several times in very awkward situation and so have put my own phone on vibration since an unprecedented time. However, a cell phone do not call is more prudent and sane,if you don’t want to go by my silent phone all the time experience, with me always calling a shh.. to it. The government of USA have all come up with a National do not call registry with an option to block the unwanted tele marketing callers to call you and disturb you while doing work at home or office both. You can get registered for this service on donotcall.gov. However if you are still cranked up for a call ,you can go ahead and file a complaint against the violator on the same website.
