What is the process to add 'do not call' on a cellphone?

I want to know about the progress in the cell phone Do Not Call Registry setup that was started to curb the Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC), which is any telecommunications service message, which is transmitted for the purpose of informing about or soliciting or promoting any commercial transaction in relation to goods, investments or services which a subscriber opts not to receive. I want to know that is this process has ended and what are the processors to add it.

This has come into existence , all you need to do is to register your number at DO NOT DISTURB . You can call 1909 and know the status and you can select your preference {activation/deactivation}. There are even categories full do not disturb or partial do not disturb. You can even send SMS "START 0" to 1909 for full do not disturb and "START" to 1909 for partial do not disturb. This applies to promoting of services in these categories 1. Banking / Insurance / Financial Products /Credit cards2. Real Estate3. Education 4. Health5. Consumer goods and automobiles 6. Communication / Broadcasting / Entertainment / IT7. Tourism.
