Cell phone clip art?

I have bought a smart phone last week, which is entertaining all the latest features. I have to get a cell phone clip art for my handset. I have seen a lot of animated clip art on internet, but don’t know how to buy the cell phone clip art.  Here, I want to know about some online shopping portals where the clip arts have been provided at cheaper rate. I would not be thinking about the colors of cell phone clip art, but it must be attractive in looks. Besides, I like to get your experience with the product. Please suggest me.
