How to use cell phone pictures as cell wallpaper?

Using Nokia C3 mobile gifted by my son last month but still not much conversant with its usage apart from basics. I live in Kansas City and got some really good cell phone pictures of my family in my phone's memory which i want to put on my cell phone screen as wallpaper but don't exactly know how to do it. Can anyone guide me through the process or simply suggest me some good websites to learn the different interesting process involved.

first of all Check the instruction manual of your mobile phone to see the specific ways to change the wallpaper.Go to the graphics area of your mobile phone instructions and pull up the wallpaper samples. Search through the included pictures and select the one you like.Take the example of the nokia phone using AT&T service. It directs you to Settings,Set Display and then Wallpaper. Save a picture on your mobile phone that you have taken of friends or family. Select this picture when you are surfing through your phone as a wallpaper option. Email pictures to your phone if you have taken them with another digital camera or you have selected a scanned image. This is only applicable if you have your phone set up to accept email. Find a free downloadable program on Top Shareware that enables you to customize your wallpaper. Turn any picture file into your mobile phone wallpaper with this program. now you can place your picture as wallpaper. enjoy .
