Cell Phone Plan Compare?

i am planning to buy a new cell phone. but before that I want you to provide me cell phone plan compare chart so that I can have better idea about the offer and plans of different cell phone service providers. I usually talk very less on cell phone but at the same time I am in habit of sending lot of text messages to my friends. So please do suggest me any plans which offers unlimited text messages. And I also need some free data usage for my cell phone. I can spent upto $ 25 per month on my cell phone.
