Cell phone plan for a single person?

"Being a student I can easily understand your problem, some time it really happens that we are left with no money then heavy cell phone bills definitely takes our life.I am using AT&T cell phone it cost me 15$ per month I know its more then what u really searching for but if u can afford this one it will be the best,, under this u will get unlimited text messaging and 200 free talking minutes I think this is more than enough what u need.But still if want to stick with your old Verizon network then by spending 13$ per month you can have 150 free calling minutes and free text massages which are unlimited I think this may also solve your problem to some extent //if you like this plan then without losing time you should go for it.I am sorry there is no plan that cost 10$ per months with all what u need, sir you need to increase you budget a little to enjoy what u need ….
