Hi.. When I was of your age even I used to surf the net to get best of what I could and today with the rise in competitions where smartphone company says I am better and then blackberry says I am the best, I have BBM where I can send unlimited SMS and then comes Apple company saying iphone is the ultimate buyers choice. Well, do not go into all this, I will list down few of the available affordable cell phones which have high defined picture quality and good GPRS speed.

The choices to buy good affordable cell phones are:

1) HTC Wildfrie s : It is cheap, comes with Android 2.3; sense UI, color options, touch screen with high speed internet. It gives HD sound quality+ picture quality. You will also get 2GB memory card with it.

2) Samsung Galaxy ace: The Samsung Galaxy Ace is a budget smartphone that launched with Froyo (Android 2.2).
