Cell phone ring on my land line! Is it possible?

This time, I live alone in my house and am unable to attend the phone calls ringing on my land line connection. I want to make it on my cell phone, so that I could pick whenever I am out of my house. Is it possible to do so? As I have heard about some services such as Dock n Talk, Xlink devices etc, but not sure about their availability in Texas where I live, please educate me if it is possible. I would be appreciating your suggestion. Thanks a lot.

Mate, the technology that you've mentioned like Dock n talk is the reverse mode of service that you are looking for. The Dock-N-Talk allows you to dock your cell phone and use your normal corded or cordless phones to make and receive your cell phone calls. Perhaps, it turns your wireless service into wired service which i think is not suitable for your purpose. An xlink device has nothing to do with converting the landline rings to cell phone ring, multiple cell phone can be connected to this devices and it only strengthens the signals of the network of all those cell phones. Therefore, this technology too has nothing to do with diverting your calls from the landline phone to your cell phone. One of the technologies that i'm aware of, that will solve your purpose is that of simultaneous ring in which you can register 3 or 4 numbers simultaneously and if a person calls on any of these numbers all the numbers will get a ring. Another feature that will solve your purpose is of divert calls that I use for diverting calls from my landline to my cell phone, you can ask your network service provider for details of this feature.
