Cell phones in school! Is it right for students?

I go with you, but what is think is that cell phone should be allowed in schools for number of reasons some time it happens that student have to be in contact with their parents on or after school for many reasons some for safety reason and others as there parents want to be in touch with them. But some rules should be made as student should have their phone in silent mode so the class may not get disturbed when learning is going on. Or the student cant have long talks in school campus.Parents must also have sensibility that they should not provide expensive cell phone to there children, having all extra features like music, videos, camera, etc…. so that the student may not be able to distract the learning in class.
