hi i am from california . as you all know that in whole america there are contract service for cell phone provider but due to this policy cell phone service provider are doing whatever they want they make their policies according to their wish . this is not a right thing . so i want to know which is the best cell phones service provider with no contract ? if you know any of this type of service provider please let me know .
