Being a frequent traveler I understand that how irritating it become while paying unnecessary charges like roaming charges while we are out on travel, but anyhow we have to pay them if want to be in contact with your friends and family. Then my friend told me that there is such plan in AT&T carrier which cuts down your roaming charges even when you are out in roaming areas. Then I switched on to it and very happy with it. Under this plan I have to pay $ 30 per months and get rid of from all the roaming charges even when I am out for full month. Other then this I have to pay normal charges on calls and text messages, equivalent to that what I pay when I am in my home town. Other then this no extra charge is made to the other person whom I call. I agree with you that free roaming facility is given to the customers while buying a new cell phone , but all that is only for the promotion of the brand and to attract the customers and that too these services are given to them for few period of time.
