Will centennial wireless sim card work in Blackberry 7100i?

I want to ask if my Centennial Wireless sim card will work in Blackberry 7100i. I am planning to buy a phone and I am really looking for a smart phone and I'm trying to get one but my company does not have good phones and every time I ask them if my sim card will work in a certain phone, they say, no. So, I need to know if there are other options I can have. Please suggest.

Centennial wireless sim card works in At&T and t-mobile phones, provided they are unlocked. As you must be knowing, the cellular service providers charge for their service but not for the particular technology used for rendering you the service. The cellular service providers do not have ownership over the phone manufacturing companies.

So, some of the phone handset manufacturers lock the services given by other companies. Before buying a particular phone, you need to thoroughly consult with the technical side of that particular company regarding use of this card.
