which one is the Cheap cell phone plans?

Look, there are two cheap cell-phone plans that dominate the most of the cell-phone traffic. i, personally used AT&T because it was GSM based whereas VERIZON is CDMA. now i see a lot of people complaining about AT&T's slower internet speed and also that CDMA does not work overseas. so, VERIZON is not a better option if my opinion is to be taken. secondly, also if you compare the rates that seems to be your major problem of a cheap-cell phone plans, then AT&T provides far better ECONOMIC plans both on the data transfer i.e. internet and call rates. i had a friend in CANADA where Verizon's current data plans included a $15 per month plan that allows 150MB of data on 3G devices, and a $29.99 per month plan for unlimited data. if going for a CDMA, this would best fit the deal. she seemed to be very happy with what VERIZON had in store for her.
