need help for chosing the right cell among wirelless cell phones?

After several attempts to find out the right wireless cell phone for my daily use I couldn't really reach a decision. I really don't have much information and basically this would be my first cell phone. Presently I am living in San Antonio (Texas) and need your suggestions as i need a phone for my basic calling and messaging needs and I don't want to bear a heavy bills outside my budget. If anyone has got suggestions on what should I buy please mention.

one of the first wireless cell phones is The Pantech Pursuit II which is strong and luring messaging phone with a comfortable slide-out keyboard. Features of the cell phone include 2.8-inch touch screen with a 240x320-pixel QVGA resolution, microSD cards up to 32GB , GPS, 3G, Bluetooth, a 2 MP camera, an HTML browser, and social networking applications.but there arent many improvements over the predecessor Pursuit, with a little generic design. The HTML browser is weak, and i would've liked a little better 3G speeds. Mobile e-mail needs a subscription fee. The pantech Pursuit II is not much better than its earlier version, but if what you want is a budget and practical messaging phone from AT&T, the Pursuit II does the job in style. it will cost you about $29.99 for a 2 year contract with at&t. Early termination fees starts at $150 minus $4 for each full month of service commitment completed. another nice phone is HTC - Inspire cell Phone(AT&T) that comes with 4.3" color WVGA LCD touch screen with 800 x 480 resolution, 8.0MP digital camera. With autofocus and dual LED flash ,high-definition video in 720p resolution, 8GB microSD card, expandable up to 32GB , Android 2.2 operating system With a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 4G speed, Built-in Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n network, Bluetooth 2.1 EDR and A2DP support. the phone costs $79.99 with a 2year contract but Early termination fees start at $325 minus $10 for each full month of service commitment completed. you can also visit wirefly ,bestbuy to get the idea of what other options are available and get a phone of your wish.
