How can I connect internet from Nokia e66?

As you might be knowing, E66 is a Symbian handset. That is, it works on the firmware of symbian. Symbian basically has good speed for internet.

The following is the procedure to successively use internet on your mobile and laptop:

1. Call your operator and ask them to activate the Internet plan, or they will tell you the procedure to do it, go for any of your data plan which suits you. (it may consist of various internet plans your mobile operator company offers)

2. The second step involves receiving network settings from your mobile operator company. You will receive those settings as a type of sms. Please save all you receive.

3. Now Hold your mobile, Go in TOOLS folder , then press INTERNET.

4. There you go, you are successful in using internet on your handset.

Now to use that in laptop:

5. Install PC Suite in your laptop. You may have got a disc with your Handset. Insert it and install the software.

6. Now connect your phone via USB Data cable or Bluetooth.

You DO NOT need an extra bluetooth device, as laptops have inbuilt bluetooth.

7. Open PC suite, you installed earlier. Now click on SETTINGS. A drop down list will be shown. Click on MANAGE CONNECTIONS. Now select USB or Bluetooth with whichever you want to connect your device.

8. Now the phone drivers will be installed and then click on CONNECT TO INTERNET on right of PC suite.

9. Now you will be connected.
