I have been trying to get the contacts off of a old LG AX500 from ALLTEL. I have downloaded the phone manager and updated all the necessary drivers. When connecting the phone, the computer recognizes it as a LG Phone but that’s where it stops. The application phone manager will not connect, and I have tried all the different USB ports that I could. Why isn’t it connecting? What can I do to connect LG phone manager to LG AX500? I would really appreciate your useful information regarding this. Thanks.
