How to Connect Nokia E63 to BSNL Wifi Router?

I have just purchase Nokia E63. I can connect my Desktop computer with wireless broadband network adapter and Lenovo Laptop N100 Series to BSNL Broadband through Wireless ADSL Router. But, for this, I have to fill Username and password for browsing internet from my computer. And I have special IP Address too for Bowering Internet from BSNL Wireless ADSL Router. Therefore, For browsing internet from my BSNL Wi-Fi Router, I must have to fill up IP Address of BSNL Server and lastly user name and password in my PPPoE Dialer in computer. Now, How I can connect my Nokia E63 to BSNL Wi-Fi Router through Wi-Fi without entering any IP Address on it? Pls help

Simply, go to the modem settings. You will see the ‘Bridged’ option checked. Uncheck it and choose PPP/PPPoe. After this, go to the WAN page and fill in your user name and password. Then you must go to the LAN page and enable the DHCP option, following which you will have to enable the UpNp option. Go to your phone’s WLAN settings and enable it. After which you must search for Wi-Fi and it will show your wireless router as an option. You should be able to connect.

In case you still can’t connect to the BSNL Broadband router, you may be on the ‘Dialler’ mode. You must change this to PPP/PPoE. Mention the model or make or number of the ADSL Modem + Wi-Fi you are using. Simply copy and then paste the WLAN and LAN data. Go the Desktop and Laptop Network properties, TCP/IP option. You will be able to obtain the IP address automatically and it should be able to show you the access point which is the Wi-Fi router in range.

An application named ‘Connectify’ also helps enable the laptop Wi-Fi when hooked up to a BSNL Broadband Wi-Fi modem. Ensure that both your laptop and handset are ‘Bluetooth’ enabled.
