Where to contact for palm treo 755p help?


I have a used palm treo 755p and I am unable to receive emails on my phone. It has been a week now. I was assured by the customer support that they will solve it out. Where do I contact now and file a complaint with the company. I want it to work asap.

No need to complain. Just calm down. I am going to tell you how to correct your mistake. Press your mail icon on the applications or the programs screen. Select the option to create your account. You should begin by pressing a menu key, and then you should select the new account. Select the other (POP3/IMAP) option. Then provide your current email information. Enter the email address and password, and then select "Next." Supply additional email account details. Enter your email account name and then your name. This will complete the whole setup. Now you can receive mail.
