How to create iPhone SMS tones using iTunes?

I want to create some nice SMS tones for my iPhone using iTunes. I have AT&T as my service provider. I searched it myself but could not find anything relevant. So is there any website where I can find the way of making these SMS tones all by myself using iTunes? Also tell me about places from where I can download wallpaper, themes and application for my iPhone for free. Thanks.

The first thing to know is that the format that supports the iPhone for text message tones is.Caf. Now, how can we convert Mp3 or any another format to .Caf? Well, follow these simple steps:

1. Open the iTunes and add to the library file you want to convert .Caf orders of tone for messages.

2. Now we stand on the top toolbar of iTunes where it says "edit", we go to the end of the options and give a "preference" where we will get a window.

3. Select the "Advanced" tab, then "import" and then in the option called "Import Using" select "AIFF Encoder".

Finally, select "OK" to accept the change.
