How to disable auto-complete when typing in Nokia touch cell phone?

I am using Nokia touch cell phone and Sometimes whenever I start typing a message or texting my words are switched to something that wasn't intended. So I want to know, how do I disable this feature? It's so annoying! Please provide all info step by step.
