Dmobo's i-Rock M8 Batman inspired cellphone or Haier Black pearl inspired?

The cellphone companies are trying hard to woo customers with unique and out of the ordinary phones and keeping this trend alive the Dmobo have introduced there latest edition in the mobile market called i-Rock M8 Batman.

It is inspired by the fictional hero Batman and has got his gadgets as icons. They had earlier also introduce a Winnie the Pooh phone.

It has 1.1-inch OLED screen which gives a resolution of 96 x96 pixels. Its is Bluetooth A2DP compatible and has features like FM tuner and music player.

This phone has the dimensions of 90.6 x 35.3 x 18.2 mm and has got 128MB internal memory which is bit too less so there is also the facility of SD card slot which expands the phones memory to 1GB. Info is that it is preloaded with batman wallpapers, logos and ring tones.

P.S. Does it not look like Haier's Black Pearl? You will be pretty surprised to see the resemblance.
