Apple has announced that the company is delivering a free

software update for its iPhone. This new update comes bundled with features

that iPhone fans were desperately waiting for. The new features will allow

users to automatically find their location using the redesigned maps

application. The new Maps interface is simpler and easier to use and adds

incredible new features such as the ability to find your location

automatically. For this the iPhone uses a nearby Wi-Fi base station or cellular towers.

The new update also allows users to send text messages to multiple

people in one message. The device will also save the history so that you can

message the same group again with nothing more than a tap. Users will also be

allowed to create web clips for their favorite websites, including to the exact spot the user has zoomed into. This is a great application as with it users can

easily track websites that they frequently visit.

On the display point of view, users will also be allowed to

reposition any of the icons, and they will even be allowed to create up to nine

different home screens that they can easily flick between. Another helpful

feature is that users can now easily watch movies rented from the new iTunes

Movie Rentals right on their iPhone’s beautiful 3.5-inch screen.

The company has also stated that all new iPhone will be

preloaded with this update and existing customers in US, UK, Germany, and

France can download the update for free via iTunes 7.5 or later.
