Very few gadgets live up to their name. And, thankfully, most exceptions turn out to be extremely endearing. A case in point is the Samsung Instinct, which will be launched by Sprint on its network on June 20th. Featuring the haptic technology (touch behavior), the touchscreen on the Instinct is as close to reality as it can get. Reviews suggest that the keyboard is supremely simple to use and you can type whole sentences with minimum typos. The 3.1inch 240×432 pixel screen further adds to its appeal. Another interesting addition is the EV-DO Rev A 3G technology, which has been introduced on Sprint consumer-phones for the first time. The Instinct incorporates an impressive web browser, and also offers access to commercial-free radio, streaming TV, and business or personal email. The phone also doubles up as a wireless modem for laptops. Like the iPhone, portrait and landscape views are supported.
