The problem is very usual with Samsung phones. This do happen once or twice while unlocking the phone. I have experienced a similar problem with my Samsung phone. All you need to do is to check if you have forgot the unlocking code. If you think you have entered perfect code and still phone is not getting unlocked. Then you can assume it as software problem. There might be some error in the software of the phone and it is preventing your phone from getting unlocked. There are also chances that phone may be a victim of virus. All you need to do now is to go to Samsung care center and handover the phone to them. They will fix up the problem and give you. Do not try to experiment too much because it may lead to permanent lock of your phone. For safety it is better if you approach any Samsung mobile center and explain your problem. Thank you.
