Wonderful news for all networking lovers who use Facebook app with Windows Phone, version 2.5 of the app is about to be released soon. Microsoft has already announced the new features and states that the app is going through some testing phases before the release. If this excites you then we have another interesting information for you. Facebook team listened to users’ feedback and so, it has included user friendly features in the latest version. 
Microsoft has promised to include the following features:
- Threaded Messaging: Enjoy threaded messaging and group messaging in a stylish Metro design.
- Tagging: Tag friends using “with” and locations with “at”.
- Remove comments and post: Delete what you do not like from your wall using context menu.
- Hyperlink in posts: Tab on the post to visit the content directly.
- Updated photo comments and like pages: See the image hint on the top and pull down to view the full picture.
- Like comments: Now, you will be able to “Like” comments using this feature.
We can use all the above features in our computers, but still we want them in our mobile app, especially the last one. Facebook Timeline support was also expected from this version, but that is not included. May be we have to wait for the next version for that.
As far the release date is concerned, we already mentioned that the app is going through the final phases of testing. This means we are quite close to see the latest app with upcoming Windows phones. We hope that this app will make the Windows phone buyers happy.
