Why I am facing problem in my nokia 6120 photo gallery?

You said that you are facing problem with your cell phone Nokia 6120 that the photo gallery is not working properly. You opened the gallery and the pictures then freeze when you try to change the picture and then it closes on its own forcefully even if you have not closed it. There may be several problems that are causing this type of issues in your phone gallery. Even I faced the same issue with my Nokia phone so I have found out some solutions for it:

The first and the foremost reason could be the VIRUS ATTACK on your Micro-SD Card. This leads to the freezing of pictures when you open the gallery. The best solution to this problem is to FORMAT the memory card so that the phone becomes virus free.

Another solution to this is that you can restore factory settings by following these simple steps. Open the Menu > Open Settings> Choose RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS

Just select it and then it will ask for Security code. Generally it is 00000, until you have changed it.
