To perform a reset with the menu path first go to the home screen and select start and then accessories. Now select the clear storage option and follow the instructions that come on the phone. The keystroke method: Switch off the phone and press-hole the left soft key and right soft key at the same time. After that press the End key for 2-3 seconds. The green light on the device would turn on and continue holding the keys and leave the end key. Then after some time the default message will appear and release the soft keys now. Then press the send key on the phone. The green mobile screen will appear followed by a reboot and your device would be rolled back to factory settings.
