Why am I unable to download flash?


I have got a notebook with windows 7 starter and I do have adobe flash download but, I have got virus on it. But now when download adobe flash it downloads fine but when I go on the internet it says I haven’t got it but I have already a flash download version. What should I do? I downloaded free trial adobe flash cs5.5 off from the adobe website but when I try to open it says "The file publisher could not be found do you still want to run this software”. Please help

I think it is all because of virus I too had a problem because of virus I could not download anything. I had to format my system, then everything did well, I recommend you to do the same.
