Sony Ericsson Equinox is a smart phone which is sleek and easy to handle. The phone has a problem with the reception in some areas. The sound quality during a call is really good. It connects to the internet quickly without hanging. It has a decent camera which takes good pictures outdoors. The camera comes with a variation in settings which can be selected according to the pictures you want to take. The pictures taken outdoors with it are clear, crisp and have detail but forget about using it indoors. Not good for that. The video is again good if used outdoors. Texting on this phone is a pain but the good thing is you can connect it to your computer and use that for texting but that’s not possible all the time. Battery back is not great, you can talk for three hours if its charged fully. Standby is also very less you need to charge it 2 times a day, Can last longer if you don’t use the light effects. It comes loaded with a lot of software’s some of which include a voice recorder, coded memo where you can write your passwords and accounts. GPRS on the phone is very handy and works fast. It has a feature in which, when you add a Birthday in your contacts, it automatically places them in your calendar. It’s very easy to sync it to your computer.
