Good service for international cell phones?

" I am international traveler on a regular basis I was also having same problem of high call rates in international roaming charges which used to increase my expanses to a large extent misbalancing all by budgets but now I am happy with my AT&T international cell phone which charges me very less when I am in international roaming best thing abut this plan is that u have free incoming calls when you are out in other country. Now coming to you in Verizon network you are nit getting any free text message but what I am using gives me 100 free text message when I am out in international roaming. I think this type of plan is not present with any other service providers. I suggest you the same AT&T international cell phone having the same plan as it contains all that all similar plans as in you present Verizon network as well as interesting international plans which you are looking for.
