Has google turkey blocked Google earth?

I reside and work full-time in Turkey and utilizing Google Earth often for my archaeological study. I have never had any problems regarding to access it and actually I have never known it to be blocked. I guess, you are missing some information or anything! But I'll do a double check later today.

For your kind information, they do blur out areas of current military activity and make use of, and resolutions for the more distant central parts of Turkey aren’t very good - but I assume you are not interested in that area. So, the google earth is restricted in few region for security purpose, otherwise it’s ok.
