How to hack a cell phone?


Guys, I have to hack a cell phone of my friend. It is not for any bad intention, but for fulfilling my promise. Yes guys! He has offered me to hack his cell phone, because his cell phone can never be hacked, as he says. He has Samsung J750 with AT&T contract plan. now I have prove myself. So please help me to do so. Actually I don’t know how to hack a cell phone? I have searched on internet a lot, but nothing was found in simple words that I can understand. So please post your experience and ideas about hacking a cell phone in very simple words here.
