What to do in case HTC touch pro's touch doesn't work?

I'm from India, a country of tropical climate marked, I have a month to have my HTC touch. I recently went to the beach (Caribbean) and the problems post:: my phone worked great and the touch screen suddenly stopped working.

In many forums mentioned as a cause excessive heat and humidity ... so I assumed that this had affected my phone.

After making Soft reset, Hard reset, re-install the operating system, etc etc ... nothing at all ... almost unusable ... worse than it was. I could not even move from the screen alignment.

On another forum I read that the solution was to pass a piece of paper or thin plastic on the edge of the screen where there is a tiny gap between the screen and body of the cel,which tends to accumulate dust.

Carry out this "solution" and it worked! in fact grains of sand left when I went to the beach .... it worked for a few days ....

I went to intern the method of cleaning a piece of paper ... and worked again, this time only two days! again the touch screen is slow to respond or put simply did not answer ... or if respond some functions and not others, or press any screen element and worked until 2 minutes later ... impossible

I downloaded a program called a soft MSP Remote Alignment, and ran and ready!
I get the impression that, for some reason "esoteric" the lost cellular alignment settings screen, which is unhinged, so that running the program, can "force" the remote alignment (I do from my PC), I assume that holds new information in the registry of the phone and fix the problem!
