How can one fix the problem of iPad not playing Youtube on Safari?

Hi everyone, I have discovered an ipad problem as whenever I am trying to get on YouTube using safari it tries to load but all I get is a plain white screen after waiting for 5-10 minutes which is really a big waste of time for me and anyone else. When I use my YouTube app it loads videos just fine and everything comes up except it won't let me subscribe to any channels. When I click subscribe it says that YouTube is unavailable. I have asked my friends to solve this for me but they were also helpless. I mean have I done something stupid with it? Kindly let me know how can I fix it?

The iPad is a tablet designed and developed by Apple. This is particularly oriented media such as books, newspapers, magazines, movies, music, games, but also to the Internet and access to its e-mail. With a weight of between 680 and 730 grams, its models are situated between those of smartphones and those laptops. Apple has sold 3 million iPad within 80 days of output. The iPad is running the same OS as the iPhone and iPod touch, 4.3.5 iOS iPad since July 15, 2010, the upgrading after owning a specific version of IOS, 3.2.

The iPad may as well run specific applications to its platform that applications developed for iPhone and iPod touch. Without changing software, these applications are, like the two devices, downloadable from the App Store. Like the iPhone and iPod Touch, iPad is controlled via a multiscreen sensitive to a maximum of eleven doigts, unlike other ancient tablets that use a stylus triggering a mechanism sensitive to pressure. The iPad uses either Wi-Fi models present in Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + 3G, a 3G network connection, all to browse the Internet, download or send data, and install applications. The USB 2.0 cable, supplied and necessary for data synchronization with iTunes on a PC - the software by which the device is managed - is the same as that of the range iPod and iPhone.

Media reaction with respect to the iPad was generally neutral or positive, with a more positive response after its release. If the press has generally welcome the aesthetic responsiveness and intuitiveness of the device, it was more critical for some of its limitations, and its very marked distinction with the iPhone or iPod Touch. The iPad has several integrated applications, including Safari, Mail, Photos, Video, YouTube, iPod, iTunes, App Store, iBooks, Plan, Notes, Calendar, Contacts and Spotlight search. These applications are improved versions adapted to the iPad from the iPhone. The iPad syncs with iTunes on a Mac or a PC compatible. Although the iPad is not designed to replace a mobile phone, a user can use a headset or wireless microphone to make calls over Wi-Fi or 3G using a VoIP application.
