Does iPhone credit card reader works with iOS 3.5?

I really like the iPhone credit card reader as it surely helps one to make things and his work a lot easier. I also have an iPhone and I was wondering to get a credit card reader for my iPhone too. But as I searched for its download I read somewhere that this IPhone credit card reader works only with IOS 4.2 or later. I am really disappointed after reading this as my iPhone works on iOS 3.5. But even then I want to know is there a way that I can download this app in my iPhone. I mean I really need this app to be with me. Is there any chance that I can download this app?

We also recall that we are iPhoneros.com and iPhoneros.org - we're not any other domain, or charge for free iPhones, nor send unsolicited emails. On this page, although we support the Jailbreak for legitimate purposes, we do not allow any cracked app or modified versions of IOS, iPhone charging or release (the release of the iPhone is always free and you can do either.

This problem is due to the technology used Multivía card, which in 2005 worked with unique technology in the world by making it impossible to integrate the payment system Transantiago. This left out of the market about 1 million cards by the incompatibility of systems. Other problems of integration of the payment system are charging points, as the teams that made the charge should be easy to use by dependent businesses (such as bakeries, liquor store, etc..), The onboard computer should be as more resistant to vibration, because the streets have holes and vibrations could cause problems in bringing each validator processor, the transmitting antenna was not compatible with Multivía card, so you should install two antennas to validate both cards or remove from circulation the Multivía.

Integrated problem of passage
This problem is generated by having two incompatible card or a billing machine breaks down when attempting to collect a transfer and therefore generate one second billing to the passenger. In the end, assuming that all other validators fail, you pay all the cost of travel times without the right to access the integrated rate.
