How to make iPhone ringtone?


I have recently bought an iPhone4 and I am finding it difficult to get some nice ringtones for it. I have some favorite song and want to set only those songs as my ringtones. I want to know that is there’s any way to create ringtones in iTunes from your favorite music. Is there any software or website which allow you to do that and if somebody know about how to make a ringtone for iPhone? I am really looking for some tried and tested solutions. Thanks.

There are ways to create your own ringtone for iphone. You can search the itunes library. If you donot find what you like then select your favourite song and have a song cutter for your iPhone. Through this you can customize and clip your songs and make them play from where you want them to play. There are various softwares available for the same. If you are comfortable using windows movie maker then that is also a very simple product to use. Then you may convert it for your iphone format by using itune editor from apple. Typical length of itune is 30 to 40 seconds depending upon the type of convertor used.
