what is islate apple?


I am hearing the news that apple is going to launch something like islate. There are certain questions in my mind regarding this product. Is It basically a portable touch screen laptop with no keyboard? The price is going to be a big factor so what price they will set for it and lastly I want to know about the specifications of this device. what is islate apple?
