how to jailbreak itouch4?

I have ipod touch and I want to jailbreak it but do not know how to do it as I am new to apple community. Do I need to maintain backup of iPod Touch before proceeding. So I want to know about things required and precautions needed before jailbreaking my itouch and one more thing I want to ask that my warranty of itouch will continue if I jailbreak it?

You need certain things like Computer, iPod Touch with 3.1.2 Firmware, iPod cord to connect to computer and Internet Connection. When I jail broke my own iPhone 4, I was totally nervous but when all the process went easily, it was really the happiest moment. Now I can use any network connection in my mobile phone and can download songs from other than iTunes store. First of all, you just have to download the 3.1.2 Firmware and if you don’t know where to download the firmware, you can visit blackra1n website. Now you have to visit and jailbreak me and after all the sync is done with your iPod, open blara1n, click on make it ra1n. Now let blackra1n perform the task. After some time you will receive lackra1n application on your iPod touch. Now you iPod touch is jail broken.
